Prices differ from one unit to another as there are more than 14 models of villas and apartments and because these models differ in their specifications according to the area of ​​the land, view, width of streets and the geographical orientation, and because your choice of unit varies according to the purpose of ownership (permanent housing – recreational housing – investment ) , the size of your family or your purchasing power.
Because there are differences between units in terms of view, location and street width, the prices of our units differ even for the same model (specify your desire and capabilities for one of our representatives, and we will help you choose the appropriate unit at the price and method that suits you)

1. The sales department takes all your request information about the required housing unit and the required building model
2. You must sign the company’s initial reservation request which requires a set of requirements:
   1. Personal Information and a copy of the passport or ID
   2. You must pay 1% of the value of the housing unit as an initial reservation fee, and it will be deducted from the total value of the unit.
3. Within two weeks you must sign the contract and transfer the down payment to the company’s bank account.
